Helping Your Child Thrive Starts Here

Parenting a child with communication challenges can bring up countless questions—about their behavior, emotions, social connections, learning, sensory experiences, and overall well-being. It’s a complex journey, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

With over 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, and former BCaBA,  I’ve supported countless families navigating these challenges. I understand how much you want your child to find their voice—and how deeply you want to feel confident, capable, and connected with them. You are the ultimate expert on your child, and my role is to support and guide you in building those meaningful connections. True growth happens when we recognize the power we already hold within ourselves, and I’m here to help you tap into that.

Does Your Neurodivergent Child Struggle to Make and Keep Friends?

Friendship Smarts aren’t about being the most outgoing kid in the room—they’re about understanding how to connect with others, navigate social situations, and build meaningful relationships. For many neurodivergent kids, these skills take extra support, and that’s okay.

To help, I’ve created a free Active Listening Guide—a simple, practical tool to teach one of the most important skills for fostering friendships. Plus, you’ll gain access to my private Facebook group, where parents like you come together to share advice, challenges, and victories.

A Word From The Author

In addition to my writing, I am passionate about supporting parents of neurodivergent children as they navigate their child’s unique communication and developmental journey. I offer personalized parent coaching to help families develop strategies that support their child’s communication and social development. This includes discussing school-related challenges, using visuals to make daily life more manageable, and communicating in ways that bring out the best in their child. Whether it’s guiding parents in encouraging their toddler’s first words, helping them foster social communication skills in school-aged children, or addressing other developmental needs, my approach is tailored to each family’s unique circumstances and goals.
